[feature] need more options for "drone build last" command

I used drone build last and drone build list to define some wrapper scripts, could you please add below options to drone build last as well.

--event value   event filter
--status value  status filter

Above options have been available in drone build list already. Currently I have to add |head -1 to get expect result.
