Customers occasionally experience an error message on Okta while trying to manually push Groups in an attempt to sync the user group in Okta with the user group in Harness
The error message will look something like this:
After receiving this error message, customers will find syncing the user group with Harness is not possible.
It appears that this is a common Okta behavior with other applications as well. It’s believed that this might be caused by users/ user groups already existing and Okta not being able to duplicate the records.
Select the Errors drop down and select ‘Activate Group Push’.
This will clear the error and reactivate the User group.
